You'll have a home that feels layered, personal and beautifully finished without having to juggle all the moving parts yourself.
Is Full Service Right for Me?
I am a busy, hardworking professional and want a beautiful home but have no time to shop or manage a project.
I am not interested in managing my project and prefer to pass it along to the professionals.
My family needs a more functional home and that includes investing in higher quality pieces but I don't have time to shop.

Our fee for Full Service Design starts at $5,750. Our initial meeting will help determine the project scope and budget.
Destination Design
We believe that every vacation should be the vacation of a lifetime. We will design a “home away from home” where families can create memories for years to come. The LTI team will take you through a personalized process to ensure that next time you walk in the door, you’ll be able to kick back and relax.
